<h2 style="color: #000000;">Coming Events  </h2><ul><li>November 11 -Friday 6:30 - 9:30pm Community Shabbat service with guest speaker Carol Brothers. She will discuss, among other topics, relationships between us and our adult children, there will be an Oneg Shabbat sponsored by the JSCA Board following the service at First Congregational United Church of Christ, 20 Oak St, Asheville, RSVP by November 7 to <a href="mailto:gloria.pincu@gmail.com">Gloria Pincu</a> gloria.pincu@gmail.com. Guests should use handicap entrance ramp on left side of building, parking is allowed across the street at the Baptist church. </li><li>November 13 - Sunday - Israel Film Festival - Wedding Doll - All screenings will be at 3:00PM at the Grail MovieHouse - 45 S French Broad Ave - Asheville.</li><li>November 17 - 11:00am - 12:15pm The JSCA Social Justice committee has arranged for a JSCA members only tour of Homeward Bound.  Come and get a firsthand look.  We will walk a few blocks from the Homeward Bound main office to Ahope, a day shelter for people who are homeless and awaiting permanent housing.  You will learn about the important role the day shelter plays in sustaining individuals during this difficult time.  You will also meet with a Homeward Bound staff member to learn more about the problem of homelessness in our community.  Tour is limited to 10 people:  RSVP TO <a href="mailto:carolfalender@gmail.com">Carol </a><a href="mailto:carolfalender@gmail.com">Calendar</a>  carolfalender@gmail.com. The address and details for the tour will be provided to those who will be attending.  If the interest warrants a second tour to be scheduled, we will try to do so.</li><li>December 11 - Sunday - Israel Film Festival - The green prince - All screenings will be at 3:00PM at the Grail MovieHouse - 45 S French Broad Ave - Asheville.</li><li>December 25 - Celebrate Chanuka at the JCC more information to follow.</li><li>January 8 - Sunday - Israel Film Festival - Tikkun - All screenings will be at 3:00PM at the Grail MovieHouse - 45 S French Broad Ave - Asheville.</li></ul><h2 style="color: #000000;">Special Events</h2> Please feel free to <a href="/contact.php">Contact Us</a>.
